The below return policy only applies for purchases made at Full price:

We are proud to offer the highest quality merchandise and stand by our products. We will gladly refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise purchased directly from Dressage LLC within 7 days of invoice date. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged including original dust cover and cleaning cloth and registration card). Please email Dressage LLC customer service department at Info@DressageCollection.com to obtain a return authorization number and return address.

For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable methods offered by UPS or Fed EX. Once an RA# is obtained, please be sure the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attention line of the shipping label.

Please note you are responsible for all shipping costs and for properly packing the return to ensure the safe shipment of each item. Allow two weeks for processing. We will only refund shipping and handling charges on flawed or defective items.
